Approach and Goals: Conduct rigorous user research with target population. Create a project with social impact. Challenge each idea after the brainstorming stage – ask “So what?” and answer honestly.

My Specific Responsibilities: I was responsible for user research, including recruiting interviewees, creating an interview discussion guide, conducting interviews, and synthesizing insights as we moved forward with the project.
