Maximizing the Patient Experience

Design Challenge: How might we better understand the patient journeys of young women seeking diagnosis for chronic disease?

Project Timeline: 5 weeks

Team Size: Individual project with mentorship from Tina Park and Miya Osaki, founding partners of Diagram.

Budget: $0

Approach and Goals: Conduct background research on target population: women between the ages of 14 and 19 seeking diagnoses for chronic disease. Recruit and interview users that meet these specifications. Synthesize user research, draw connections, and suggest pathways for future research and innovation.

My Specific Responsibilities: As this was an individual project, I was responsible for scoping, scheduling, and managing every aspect of this research.
